Diamond Russell, M.S.

Diamond joined the Honors College staff in August of 2024. She graduated from Oklahoma State University in December 2021 obtaining a B.A. in Sociology with an emphasis in Law, Crime, and Social Justice. During the Summer of 2024, she received her M.S. in Sociology with her interests being Criminology and Deviance focused more on a Juvenile Delinquency level.

 

As a loyal student at OSU, Diamond was a leader in a few organizations such as Minority Women’s Association, Okstate Stand United, and Black Christians United. She also worked as an Orientation Leader in undergrad as well as a Teaching and Research Assistant for the Sociology department during her graduate years. She is excited to work with and mentor the Honors students to ensure their academic journey is successful.
