Non-Competitive Poster
- Guidelines
- There is no limit on how many poster abstracts are submitted for the noncompetitive portion of the conference, but the ability to accept noncompetitive posters may be limited based on space.
- Directors should note that "academic credit" includes dual enrollment courses taken during high school and hours received by transfer from another institution.
- Submissions must be approved by each institution's honors director and indicate the director's advocacy of the excellence of the work.
- Submissions must come from dues-paying institutions.
- Submissions be submitted using the GPHC Non-Competitive Poster Submission Form.
- Dates and Deadlines
- The deadline for submission is February 2, 2024, by 5pm.
- Extensions cannot be granted nor can changes be made to submissions by the host institution or any other individual once received.
- Conference registration must be completed by the Early Bird deadline of February 15, 2024, in order for a submission to be considered.
- Students and honors directors will be notified if they are presenting at the conference by Friday, February 9, 2024.
- Presentation Location
- Posters will be presented on Friday, March 22, from 3:30-5:30pm at Oklahoma State University.
- At this time, the posters will be presented in the Student Union Ballroom (265 Student Union), but that is subject to change.
- Those presenting will be notified of location prior to the conference.
