Emma Speer

Emma joined the Honors College staff in September 2025. She attended Oklahoma State University as an undergraduate where she earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology and was a recipient of the General Honors Award. Before transferring to OSU, Emma attended Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College where she completed the honors program and earned an Associate of Arts in psychology and Sociology.

Emma serves as an advisor and assists with recruitment for the Honors College. She enjoys working closely with honors students and helping them make the most of their college experience. As a former honors student herself, Emma understands the value of the Honors College community and is excited to help students feel connected, supported and encouraged throughout their time at OSU.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading lots of books, playing golf or pickleball and listening to live music.
